5 sets of 3 reps at 60% of your 1RM
Training Clean Complex (6 x 1 (Complex))
1 x Halting Clean Deadlift
1 x Clean Pull
2 x Power Cleans
Start at 50% of your 1RM Power Clean, build in weight over the course of the set to a heavy lift for today. ONLY increase in weight, if the mechanics in each element of the pull are correct. Record final lift.
