Warm-up (No Measure)
Squat Therapy – 5 minutes
Facing a wall
Knees out, arms up
To a wall ball, depth marker
Tabata Monster Walk
Front Squat (2RM)
Begin at 50% of your 1RM.
Back Squat (5 x 5)
Aim to be heavier than your previous 5 x 5, whilst keeping good form throughout each set.
Strict Pull-ups (No Measure)
3 x 10 Strict Pull-ups
Toes pointed, in front of the rig
Butt squeezed, rib cage down
Pull with Lats, Chin above the bar
Use a Barbell, no bands.
Deadlift (5 x 5)
Warm up to around 80% of your 1RM and perform 5 sets of 5 reps, holding good form throughout.
Weighted Pull-ups (5 x 5)
Chin-ups – Supinated Grip
