Warm-up (No Measure)

Skill warm-up

Spend 15 minutes working on your Toes-to-Bar Progressions.

Aim to perfect the Kip, linking 5 sets of 5 reps.

If you’re able to link your T2B together, aim for a max set, followed by two more large sets to get some volume through the movement.

Please protect your hands. (Use wraps).
