Band above knee – Beginner

Band below knee – Beginner

Band around shins – Intermediate

Band around laces – RX

Deadlift (3×10)

Warm up to, then perform 3 sets at 70% of your 1RM

Pull-ups (3 x Max reps)

Inbetween each Deadlift set, perform a Max set of strict pull-ups. If scaling, record band used in comments.

5×5 Weighted Chin-ups

(Use Belt & Kettlebell)

3×10 Nordic Curls (Use GHD)

3×20 Ring Dips

(Aim to be unbroken)

(Work up to weighted Dips)
