Set 1 – 2 reps @ 60%

Set 2 – 2 reps @ 65%

Set 3 – 2 reps @ 70%

Set 4 – 2 reps @ 75%

Set 5 – 2 reps @ 80%

Rest one minute, and then…

E2MOM – Increase each minute…

Set 6 – 2 reps @ 85%

Set 7 – 2 reps @ 85%

Set 8 – 2 reps @ 90%

Set 9 – 2 reps @ 90%

Set 10 – 2 reps @ 95%
