Warm-up (No Measure)

Three rounds, as a warm-up:

15 Wall Balls

10 Burpees

Deadlift (5-5-5-5-5)

Quickly warm-up to, then perform 5 sets of 5 reps at 80% of your 1RM. Beginners choose a weight that will challenge you, but that you can keep perfect form throughout each set.
