Clean and Jerk (1RM)

1RM Guide Line

Set 1: 3 at 50%

Set 2: 3 at 60%

Set 3: 1 at 70%

Set 4: 1 at 80%

Set 5: 1 at 90%

Set 6: 1 at 100%

Set 7: 1 at 100% +

Set 8: 1 at 100% +

Rest for at least 2 minutes after set 4 at 80%, 3 minutes before final attempt.
