Odd min: 5 Kipping pull-ups

*Scale to hand-release swings

Strict Pull-ups (No Measure)

3 x 10 Strict Pull-ups

Toes pointed, in front of the rig

Butt squeezed, rib cage down

Pull with Lats, Chin above the bar

Warm-up (No Measure)

Three rounds, for quality:

10 Straight Arm Pull-downs

10 Plate Lowers (5 secs)

10 Ring Rows

4 x 1000m Row – Intervals (4 Rounds for time)

Rest 60 seconds between each interval
