Roll Glutes, Pecs, Tricep, Forearm

Stretch Quads, Hips, Glutes, Wrists, Triceps

Stretch Front rack position

2×3 Tall Jerks

Clean warm-up drill

Clean and Jerk (1RM)

In 15 minutes, establish a 1RM

Back Squat (Heavy single)

In 10 minutes, build to a heavy single lift.
