Min 3: Row (45 seconds)

Shoulder Press (4 x 10)

Warm up to, then perform 4 sets of 10 resps at 50% of your 1RM.

Strict Pull-ups (No Measure)

3 x 10 Strict Pull-ups

Toes pointed, in front of the rig

Butt squeezed, rib cage down

Pull with Lats, Chin above the bar

Deadlift (3 x 10)

Warm up to, then perform 3 sets of 10 reps at 65% of your 1RM.
