Warm-up (No Measure)

Two rounds, for quality:

Row 250m

2 x Monster walks

5 x Broad Jumps

5 x Goblet Squat (With pause)

10 Hollow Rocks

10 Superman Rocks

Overhead Squat (5 x 5)

Warm up to, then perform 5 sets of 5 reps at 60% of your 1RM.

Bench Press (5 x 10)

Warm up to, then perform 5 sets of 10 reps at a weight you can maintain good form over all sets.
