Warm-up (No Measure)
Two rounds, as a warm-up:
400m Run
15 Burpees
500m Row
Shoulder Press (5-5-5-5-5)
Quickly warm-up to, then perform 5 sets of 5 reps at 80% of your 1RM. Two minutes rest in between sets.
Deadlift (5-5-5-5-5)
Quickly warm-up to, then perform 5 sets of 5 reps at 80% of your 1RM. Two minutes rest in between sets.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30 Wall Balls
2 Rope Climbs
