Snatch Warm-up (No Measure)
One round of:
5 x Snatch Grip Deadlifts
5 x Bent over Row (Pause)
5 x Snatch Pulls (High)
5 x Muscle Snatch
5 x Behind the neck Press
5 x Snatch Balance
5 x Snatch
Snatch Training Complex (1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1)
1 x Hang Power Snatch (3 sec Pause)
1 x Snatch
Halt above the knee for 3 seconds in the Hang. Start around 50% of your current 1RM Snatch and build to a heavy lift today, whilst keeping perfect mechanics through each pull. Complete 8 sets, 90 seconds rest in between. Record your final lift.
