5 x Behind the neck Press

5 x Tall Jerks

5 x Split Jerks

Weightlifting

Split Jerk (2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

Complete 2 reps every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes. Increase in weight over the course of the set, build to a heavy Double. Begin at 50% of your 1RM.
