Warm-up (No Measure)

Two rounds, as a warm-up:

1 width old bear

1 width young bear

15 Burpees

Shoulder Press (5-5-5-5-5)

Quickly warm-up to, then perform 5 sets of 5 reps at 75% of your 1RM.

Deadlift (10-10-10)

Quickly warm-up to, then perform 3 sets of 10 reps at 75% of your 1RM.
