Warm-up (No Measure)

Within 20 minutes, complete:

5 Tempo & Pause Goblet Squats

(3 sec down, 3 sec hold, with KB)

10 sec Hollow Hold

10 sec Superman Hold

Repeat x 5

(No touching the floor!)

10 Straight arm pull downs

10 Scapula Pull backs

30 sec Hanstand Hold

(Partner assist or wall)

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
