Strict Pull-ups (No Measure)
3 x 10 Strict Pull-ups
Toes pointed, in front of the rig
Butt squeezed, rib cage down
Pull with Lats, Chin above the bar
Scale to using a Barbell, not a band.
4 x 1000m Row + 2 min rest (4 Rounds for time)
Four rounds, for time:
Row 1000m
Rest 2 minutes…
Go hard but pace yourself, keep splits as close as possible.
