Every 2 minute, for 10 minutes, perform a max set of T2B (5 Sets).

Scale to Broomstick foot taps

Scale to High Kipping Knee raises

If unable to stay on the bar due to lack of grip strength, use a broomstick and a band on the floor.

EMOM 21 (Weight)

Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:

Minute 1 – 5 Strict Handstand Push-ups + 5 Burpee Box Jump-overs

Minute 2 – 5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs + 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Minute 3 – 12 Alternating Front-racked Reverse Lunges (60kg/40kg)
