5 Pause Goblet Squats (3 secs)

4 Monster Walks

20 Hollow Rocks

20 Superman Rocks

Back Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

Quickly warm up to, then perform 5 sets of 5 reps at 80% of your 1RM.
