Snatch Push Press + 3 Overhead Squats (4 x 1)

1 Snatch Push Press + 3 Overhead Squats
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes, 4 sets. Build to a heavy lift, only increase with good form.

Back Squat (Max Reps at 80%)

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes, 6 sets.

Set 1: 6 reps at 65%

Set 2: 4 reps at 75%

Set 3: 2 reps at 80%

Set 4: 2 reps at 85%

Set 5: 1 rep at 90%

Set 6: Max Reps at 80%

Your set ends at the end of your breathing cycle, breath at the top.
